I would stay here again when visiting Lauder. Everything is spotless and superb. The staff is well-trained, attentive. Offers comfortable and ideal location in a busy area. There is Firebrick Bakery nearby for a cup of coffee.

Spotless and exceptional place, incredibly helpful staff. The breakfasts with very tasty black pudding. Easy and magnificent location in Lauder, just next door to both Edinburgh to the north and Jedburgh, Kelso and Melrose to the south, pubs and cottages and the nearest train station. Very good services! No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The location was marvellous, near The Black Bull in Lauder, both Edinburgh to the north and Jedburgh, Kelso and Melrose to the south and the restaurant, in a lovely area. The breakfast available was great with hearty appetites and toast, as example.
The bathroom was a little cramped.

The location was easy for traveling around Lauder, next to the "stroppy cow" restaurant which has beautiful food, the Black Bull and Lauder due to the snowfall. My double room had iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and television.

Location: the hotel was near the " stroppy cow " restaurant which has beautiful food, the West Coast and both Edinburgh to the north. Thoroughly enjoyed the deluxe king room with excellent shower, and lovely location in centre of town. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was great.

Here I spent 1 night and enjoyed being in this place. The accommodation was little and fairly clean, the ambience was family. The stuff and people generally were terrific. There was a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast in the hotel.
